Our current subprocessors include: OVH (hosting), Google (reCAPTCHA), Stripe (payments), Sentry (error monitoring), OpenAI (AI processing), and PostHog (analytics).

6. AI Processing

To generate apps, we process prompts, configuration details, and relevant Shopify data through AI providers acting as subprocessors. We use this information to deliver the Service, improve reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not allow our AI providers to use your submitted data to train their models, and we configure available controls to limit use to providing the Service.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We use PostHog for analytics. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and usage data in accordance with Google’s policies.

8. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Billing records: retained as required by law and accounting rules
• Support communications: retained to resolve requests and improve service
• App data: retained while the app is active or as configured by you

We delete or de-identify personal data when it is no longer needed, unless we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.
